Dynamic...


Buongiorno from sunny Tuscany! So, the opening of the restaurant is a fact and two weeks have already passed unbelievably fast. They were quite dynamic and so many things happened in the kitchen. Especially in the beginning there was a lot of work. We had the task to delight lots of people by providing them the best quality food. It was not so easy. This cost a lot of effort... Maybe it seems quite a simple job, but in fact it is not. Our team consisted of twelve people always does everything possible to achieve the desired result. Everyone has contribution to the perfection of each served dish.

The emotion that each service gives is a completely new experience for me. First days I was really excited because this is my first job in the sphere of culinary. I didn't know what to expect up to the start of the real service. I am happy that I have the opportunity to participate in the plating of the desserts from the very beginning. The start was a bit difficult because I had to learn all the elements of the dishes in order to be able to prepare everything necessary for plating a particular dessert as fast as possible. But with the time passing I got used to that and I even plate on my own. My task is also to check if we have everything for the service and to prepere some element if I notice that it is about to finish soon. Read more about my great experience in my next posts.
